A private venue for the events that matter.
The intimacy of a private residence; the bones of a full event venue. Three floors, joined by a glass elevator.
Event Types
Four kinds of gathering The Reserve is built for. Find yours, then step through the floors below.
Weddings
Ceremonies and receptions under one private roof.
Corporate
Holiday parties, product launches, board retreats, and company celebrations.
Private & Social
Birthdays, anniversaries, and milestone celebrations for the people who matter.
Activations
Game-day nights, brand activations, and invitation-only gatherings.
Venue Details
The building hosts one event at a time. Take all three floors and let the night move through them, or keep it to The Lounge at street level.
The Lounge
Where guests arrive and the night begins. They can get drinks at the full bar, take the dance floor, or sit down in the dining area, built for catered dinners of up to 50. This is the one floor you can book on its own.
Main Floor
Dinner is served here. The gourmet kitchen opens onto the dining and living space, and a side balcony lets guests step outside between courses.
Hanging Piano Mezzanine
A floating floor suspended from the beams, half a level above the dining room, with the piano and seating for four.
Sky Suite
The most private floor. A single room at the top of the house, opening onto a rooftop balcony with downtown laid out in front of you.
All Three Floors
Take the whole building and give each part of the night its own floor. Drinks and dancing at street level, dinner on the Main Floor, the piano overhead, the Sky Suite above it all.
Location
Steps from McGregor Square and Dairy Block, on a block planners already know and guests already trust. Arrivals take care of themselves; so do departures, with seven hotels inside a short walk.

Frequently asked questions
Everything below is also in your proposal, in writing.
How many people fit?
150 guests across all three floors, standing. Seated dinners run smaller and depend on layout; tell us the shape of your event and we will confirm your number before you book.
Can we book part of the venue, or is it the whole building?
Two ways to book: the whole building, or The Lounge at street level on its own. The upper floors do not book separately. Either way, yours is the only event in the building.
Is the venue accessible?
The glass elevator serves all three floors. If access shapes your planning, say so in your inquiry and we will walk the route with you.
Is there a bridal suite or green room?
Yes. The second-floor bedrooms convert to bridal suites, green rooms, or production rooms, set up around what your event needs.
Can we film or shoot here?
Yes, on standard location terms. We are the location only: there is no production gear in-house, so your crew brings what it needs.
How does pricing work?
Rates depend on the date, how much of the building you take, and how long you hold it. There is no price list, because no two events hold the same hours. Send us your date and the shape of your event and you will have a full quote within 48 hours.
How far in advance should we book?
Popular dates tend to go 4 to 6 months out; weddings, 6 to 12. Last-minute inquiries are welcome all the same: if the date is open, it is yours to take.
Can we walk through before booking?
Yes. Request a tour through the form above, or write to reservations@reservethereserve.com. There is a full 3D walkthrough on this page if you want to look around first.
What is the minimum booking?
There is no minimum guest count. Minimums come from the date and the hours you hold, and your proposal will spell them out.
How do deposit, payment, and cancellation work?
A 50% deposit holds your date, with the balance due 7 days before the event. Deposits are non-refundable. ACH is preferred; cards and the usual platforms work too, with processing fees passed through at cost. Everything else is set out in your reservation agreement.
Can we bring our own caterer and vendors?
Yes, and you should. Catering, florals, entertainment, photo and video, AV and production are all yours to cast. Your caterer cooks in the gourmet kitchen and stages service on Floor 1, and we will walk the kitchen with you on your tour.
How does alcohol work?
You supply it, which means you buy at retail and nothing is marked up by us. The Reserve holds no liquor license and sells no alcohol, so no package includes it. Service runs through licensed, insured bartenders: no self-service and no cash bars. The rest is set out in your reservation agreement.
Do you provide an event coordinator?
No. We are the venue, and most events here run through the client's own coordinator or planner. If you do not have one yet, say so in your inquiry.
What time does the event have to end?
When you decide. Access runs around the clock, and your end time is set in your contract, event by event. Denver has no music curfew; its noise rules cap what reaches the neighbors and tighten after 10 PM, and the house sound system is run with that in mind at any hour. Outside sound equipment needs our approval in advance.
When can we load in and set up?
On your schedule. Access is 24/7, so load-in and setup are planned around your build, not our office hours. Tell us what the build needs.
Where do people park?
A Parkwell lot sits directly behind the building, with event rates arranged through Parkwell. The host has use of a private two-car garage. Union Station is 3 blocks away and the free MallRide is 2 blocks from the door. Cars left overnight are handled case by case.
Do we need insurance?
Yes. Event insurance is required from whoever books the space, company or host. Your proposal will spell out the coverage.
Still have a question? Add it to your inquiry and we will answer it in the proposal, or write to reservations@reservethereserve.com.
